A Year of Change – and a Brighter Future

Hello! My name is Ann-Kristin, and I have a long background in IT – ranging from development to roles as consulting manager, project manager, and sales professional. This experience has given me a broad understanding of both technology and business, something that has been invaluable over the past six months as I’ve had the privilege of leading Zervicepoint through an important transformation. It has been a journey marked by hard work and critical decisions. We have moved from crisis management to stability and laid the foundation for a sustainable business model.

During this time, we have focused on creating structure, building trust, and ensuring that our partnerships are long-term and transparent. We are now looking ahead to 2026 – a year in which we take the next step. With new service offerings, revised agreements, and a clearer sales strategy, our goal is to create even greater value for our customers and partners.

Thank you for your support and patience throughout this journey. We look forward to continuing to grow and develop together with you. Going forward, we will keep you updated with new information here on our website and also introduce our team members – starting with Moutassem.
